We loved everything about the property. From the moment we arrived, the bellman was welcoming, check-in was smooth and quick. Our room was not quite ready so William, our butler escorted us to the restaurant where we dined on the water. There was a technical difficulty with our room so Alex moved our room to one of the best locations of the bungalows. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and birthdays so this was awesome. We were spoiled from beginning to end. William and Alex were the most gracious gentlemen going above and beyond. Our tequila and wine tasting experiences were so much fun and informative with the specialist. The restaurant staff was excellent as was every single meal we had. The beach bartenders and Peruvian restaurant staff were all amazing as well. I can’t say enough good things about our stay and we will definitely be back!

The bungalows are so amazing that we spent most of our time on the deck overlooking the water or laying out on our own private deck with steps down to the ocean to cool off. The water is shallow and easy to walk around. We would often walk through the ocean to get to the beach instead of using the boardwalk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The thing that surprised us the most was the restaurant at Palafitos. I can't emphasize how amazing the food was there! A few nights a week there are planned 5-6 course meals, and the everyday menu is really impressive. It was a fun culinary adventure (but they have plenty of comfort food options, if that's what you're looking for)! We highly recommend this experience and plan to return as soon as we can!
